What time is it?

This sign outside a pub (The Ship) near where I work annoys me on so many levels. Leaving aside the 'til/till confusion, what on earth is this time supposed to mean? Food is served until 4.30, I guess, so why does it look like 4.3 o clock. Or it was 3 o clock, but they changed it to 4.30, but couldn't be bothered to paint a new sign. Whatever it is it makes my blood boil to such an extent I have started taking a diffrent route to work.

I am getting old and grouchy.
